Oxygen-Free Copper Rod & Wire

HUA-ENG's oxygen-free copper rods are maked by DIP FORMING PROCESS(DIP). The process of making oxygen-free copper is in the reduction of protective atmosphere (N2) by the principle of heat conduction. Therefore, the oxygen content is under 5 ppm and it is pure even without oxide. The oxygen-free copper does not need the acid washing but keeps the lustrous surface, high conductivity, long single coil, and less drawing wire's weld and scrap. Actually, it is the best quality copper in the world as it can develop the high productive efficiency.
 

Product Introduction:

  1. The oxygen content is below 5ppm.

  2. Conductivity can reach more than 101%.

  3. The purity of copper is high (more than 99.99%), No impurities, the efficiency of the drawing wire can be increased. 

  4. Hydrogen (H2) embrittlement test does not crack, good temperature aging characteristics, suitable for all kinds of electronic wire processing.
